Are your products grain free?

No. Most flavors contain whole grains such as oats and brown rice flour which are naturally gluten free. These ingredients may be processed in a facility that contain other gluten containing grains though, such as wheat and rye.

How long are treats good for?

Our treats do not contain any preservatives, additives, sugar, or salt. They are baked and dehydrated low and slow to maintain their nutrients, flavor, and freshness. We recommend storing in the original packaging in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns of our products. However, if you do encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to piccadillypaws@gmail.com within 72 hours. We would be happy to see how we can assist you.

How long will it take to Receive my order?

We bake, pack, and ship your order within 72 hours of receiving it on business days. Orders are all shipped via USPS. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped with a tracking number.
